Can I change the delivery address of my package?

Yes, you can. However if the package has left the factory, the additional fees（$10） may apply which should be borne by the buyer.

Who pays for customs?

Generally, buyers pay additional costs such as duties, taxes,and customs clearance fees. Import duties, taxes,and charges aren't included in the item price or postage cost.These charges are the buyer's responsibility. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary by country. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.
